Decided to try Sufiya's and I must say I was very impressed with the quality of the food. Everything was fresh and delicious. I had the lunch special with the chicken thighs with the bones in them. Very delicious and tender. Sufiya's has a lunch special, which includes either super salad an entrée and a dessert. Services quick and efficient while being accommodating. This is small restaurant but it lends to an air of intimacy. Worth a look.

Always used the delivery service for this restaurant. Every time I've ordered from here, the food was packaged so nicely and delicious. One thing that I've notice changes a little was the portion size. It got a little smaller than before

2nd time here - first with hubby for a late lunch/early dinner. The service was impeccable. The waiter was so sweet and answered the million questions we had without any side eye. The ambiance is sweet and dressed for the Christmas holiday. Nothing over the top. Just right. Everything you eat here is excellent. We wanted to try something different as a appetizer, so we got the Sambuseh, a deep fried dumpling with Chickpeas with a green, herbaceous green dipping sauce. It was amazing!!!!! I didn't finish mine because I want the leftover one because I know I'll crave it. For the main meal, I got Bar Kebab which is cubes of steak perfectly cooked and seasoned along with the upcharge of cherry rice,, my favorite. Enough for 4 people. Again lots of leftovers. Hubby got the lamb shank which is his favorite thing to order whenever it's on a menu. It was in a luscious tomato broth. More than just good. He, too, got the cherry rice. We know a good thing when we have it. To finish it off, hubby ordered baklava to take home and had Turkish Coffee and Raki, an anissette liquor from Turkey. Hubby 's dad always had it, so it's special and holds good memories for hubby. The coffee was presented in the most beautiful way and just made thee meal even more perfect. At the end, I asked a favor. There was sumac on the table to use to flavor your dishes. I asked if I could have some as I love spices. He came back with 4 little teabag sized bags of the spice! Thank you Sufiya's Grill for always coming through.

I heard about this local spot and their fame for cherry rice. Other than that my knowledge of Persian food is fairly low. Thus of course decided to see what all the hype is about. Let's just say they didn't disappoint! Ordered the triple app appetizer with some eggplant mix, the cigars and falafel. Now I personally am not a fan of eggplant and stay away from anything with it but my wife loves it. Well I can't say I had a change of heart but for me it was actually edible. She loved it. Cheese cigars were well executed crunchy on the outside and soft cheesy on the inside. The falafel was a surprise. Was expecting balls but for like parties, which were crunchy and delicious. For entree for the kebab mix of the chicken and the ground beef/lamb kebabs with the cherry rice and then the beef stew (first one on the menu). The meats were cooked to perfection. Cherry rice was a delight. The green vinegar sauce that came with it was just perfect zing added. The stew was perfectly herbaceous but lacked salt for me. Though the beef was fall apart tender. This is all takeout. Staff were friendly and food was ready on time Will certainly be back and I urge anyone to try this as well

We had a very nice dinner fro 4 this weekend, and wanted to try something different, so we chose Sufiya's. We were not disappointed. Professional, knowledgeable service, clean, nice atmosphere. And the food was very good. The Falafel app is a Must Have. Crispy fried, and delicious. The Babaganoush was also a very good app. For entrees, I chose the lamb kabob, Delicious. I ordered medium, it arrived well done, But it was so tender, and wonderfully spiced, I really don't know what the spices were just delicious. Others had the beef kabobs. All enjoyed. It's nice to have another dinner choice in the area. Sufiya's won't disappoint.

The "white fish" was a hit (like last time) and the beef stew was good (soft, tasty and plentiful), but not great. I asked the waiter what was the green in the stew? He replied parsley, cilantro.... I enjoyed it, but was disappointed there were no carrots, potatoes, onions... the typical ingredients in beef stews. Instead, all I got was well-cooked beef cubes and red (kidney) beans in some kind of hot Persian pesto. While we only saw one waiter and busgirl, they were courteous, professional, prompt, and impressively handled the entire crowded room. Our bill (without tip) was only $60 ... very reasonable in these inflationary times. Still want to go back someday for their humus and vegetable Moussaka.

Went here based on yelp reviews. Did not disappoint. This place is in a strip mall but the space is dimly lit has a nice atmosphere. There's plenty of parking. We went on a Wednesday night as a table of 6 adults. We ordered an appetizer and 2 combo platters. We also ordered the saffron ice cream and tea. They bring out pita bread prior to dinner, Nothing special about the bread. The combo kabab platters come with your choice of rice. We ordered white. The reason for the 4 stars is the rice and the slow service. The gentlemen serving were very nice and courteous however I had to get up twice to ask them for things we needed. Other than that the food was exceptional and delicious. I would go back if I'm in the area. Including the 20% service the bill was $230.00. Definitely worth it.

Sufiya's once again delights!! For my daughter's last night before returning to college, she chose Sufiya's. We didn't really need to see the menu: once she said the word, my mouth started watering & two words rang in my head "barg kebab!" Mini-me ordered the salmon kebab again--we know what we love! I thought I took a picture last night, but apparently I was too excited by the smell of the steak set in front if me that I forgot to snap one! (The only difference was plain rice last night.) The best part? I have LEFTOVERS...going home right now to eat them!!
